Meet Dr. Jon Hinman
Dr. Jon Hinman is the Chief Medical Director and Provider at Phoenix Integrative Medicine. He has been practicing medicine for 29 years, and is Double Board Certified as a Pain Physician and Anesthesiologist. Additionally, he is a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served 21 years and retired in 2016 with the rank of Colonel. Dr. Hinman is a proven leader, a champion for his patients, and always on the forefront of medical advancements. A personal career highlight from his military service was that he was chosen to provide anesthesia during the Army’s first heart transplant. Dr. Hinman resides in Palmer, Alaska with his wife Wendy and enjoys everything Alaska has to offer, fishing, hunting, hiking and time with the family.

- Attained his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1990.
- Underwent Transitional Internship training, completed Anesthesiology Residency at the Brooke Army Medical Center, completed in 1994.
- Completed his Pain Fellowship at Stanford University, completed in 2006.
- Received his undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech in 1979.

Meet Wendy Palin-Hinman
Wendy Palin-Hinman is a Skincare Specialists and holds numerous accreditations and certifications for skincare treatments. She is the cornerstone of our skincare services at Phoenix Integrative Medicine and has almost four decades of experience working in the skincare industry. Additionally, Wendy was recently appointed as the representative for Industry Licensees in the State of Alaska on the Board of Barbers and Hairdressers. Her passion and expertise has put her at the top of her industry, formulating patient specific treatment plans to influencing other industry leaders via training and developed protocols. She is the owner and provider of Alaska Medical Spa, which operates in conjunction with Phoenix Integrative Medicine.

Does Phoenix Integrative Medicine Accept Insurance?
Lab work is covered by insurance but all services are cash pay only.
Do you offer On-line Video Consultations and Appointments?
Yes, we do offer on-line video consultations and appointments. On-line video appointments will be scheduled through the office and video link for the appointment date and time will be shared out via the patients’ email. All video appointments are hosted on HIPAA compliant version of Microsoft Teams.
What services do you offer?
